I am a mother of twins with over 15 years experience in the mental health field.
I know first hand the struggles that are unfortunately, far too common in the multiple-birth community. Despite having a doctorate in psychology and years of experience in mental health, I was simply unprepared for the challenges of becoming a first-time mother to twins at the age of 40.
My own parenting journey inspired me to create this program to both emotionally prepare soon-to-be parents, and help current parents deal with the challenges they are more likely to face as a multiple-birth parent.

This program was made by a busy mother for busy parents...so, you will get 10 lessons you can do anytime at your own pace. Most of the video lessons are less than 20 minutes each and you have 12-months access.
Absolutely! Online programs are a powerful tool. They don't have to replace social connections you have or want to create in the real world, but it is a great addition to complete a course developed specifically with your needs in mind by someone who truly understands the struggle. Also, any multiple-birth parent will tell you that getting out of the house with multiples at times can be super tricky so being able to participate in a program whenever you want and at your own pace can be a godsend.
