The Breathe Easy Technique for parents of multiples was created by me, Dr Cristina Cavezza.

It offers a technique that may help to you cope better with the challenges of a multiple-birth pregnancy.

Hi, my name is Cristina. I am a mother of twins, and I created this guide to help other mothers of multiples deal with what is often an unexpected and/or high-risk pregnancy. Even with a doctorate in psychology, I simply was unprepared for the physical and emotional toll that came with carrying more than one baby at a time. My pregnancy experience was stressful, and I have heard from so many other mothers of multiples who have struggled during pregnancy and beyond. So, I wanted to help change that!

By drawing on my professional expertise and personal experience as a mother of twins, I now create online programs exclusively for parents of multiples. The technique I introduce in this program is something I regularly use on myself even now that my twins are school age. Because we all know that the stress doesn’t end once the pregnancy does.

If you do decide to give this program a try, let me know how you like it and best of luck with the remainder of the pregnancy.
